With over 30 years in the photography world, Trevor started with Standard 8 movie cameras and has since progressed through technologies into the digital format he now explores. His work has been published in Powder Magazine, Ski Canada and a range of tourism magazines. According to Trevor, “Photography is about viewing the world through the lens of a camera. It’s all about creating images that tell a story. Whether it’s the opportunity of seizing a spectacular moment in time or the thrill of catching nature at its best. In one brief second, I have the opportunity to experience that moment, the excitement is sharing that with you.”

This month we talk with Farmboy FIne Artist Stephen Wilde. Born in Vanderhoof, a city located in northern British Columbia, Canada, Stephen Wilde was raised milking cows but really just wanted to sit and draw. After spending a Summer in New York City with Annie Leibovitz he learned how to study humans and learned how to record their actions. That’s what Wilde loves to do. Study human actions in all types of situations. All types of countries. He’s been fortunate enough to have stockpiled maybe two lives worth of human studies from strange and lovely countries that one-day will be volumes of useful information. He now lives in Vancouver with his lovely wife Jet and really cute son, Ed. Despite the rain he still loves Vancouver. He doesn’t have to milk any cows or shovel any snow.
